I reserved a King bedroom suite but when I arrived, they said those rooms sold out and put me in a regular room. We were there for my daughter’s bday because she wanted to swim. We got dressed for the pool and discovered a sign in the door that the pool was closed. The front desk clerk did not know why the pool was closed but said it had been for months. I checked out and moved next door. I just hope that I get a refund!
