The room could not fit a roll out bed. It was barely big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The cabinets looks like dogs chewed them. You couldn’t turn off the heat so we slept with the window open in April in Alaska. The bathroom was tiny and tub/shower was full of old old mildew. Worst was the ice machine didn’t work. The vending machine was sold out. We’d have to ask staff for toilet paper because they didn’t clean the room at any point during the stay. We were in their south wing which may not have been updated since the 80s? Overall really surprised this hotel came recommended to us. The morning buffet for $20 a person was eggs, sausage that was more like tiny hamburgers and French fry style potatoes…we’ve had more offered at free breakfasts elsewhere. Overall was the only bad thing about the trip

This hotel has great potential; however, its cleanliness is extremely poor. The staff is often too occupied chatting among themselves to help guests. On the positive side, the restaurant is exceptionally clean and the food and staff are fantastic. I urge management to check behind the doors, behind the beds, and clean the sinks. I have stayed here multiple times for business, but this will be my last visit due to the inadequate cleanliness and service.

Our room wasn’t vacuumed good at all. We were super disappointed with the “buffet” we paid 21 each for… food was cold, not prepared after running out and no fruit. It wasn’t anything like id expect when walking into the hotel.
