One night stay. Construction going on in lobby area, but no big deal. Room clean and spacious. Did not use any amenities. Parking easy but hotel not responsible for theft. Just need to check tub drains for hair every once in awhile so water drains properly; again no big deal. Would return and recommend.

All was as expected. The new coffee system was really appreciated as was the clean and well stocked breakfast room.

I had the worst check-in experience ever. The clerk was on a VERY long phone call where she answered question after question. I thought a paying customer who only needed keys might be worthy of putting the caller on a short hold but, no. I left the hotel in frustration and returned an hour later. The same clerk did not offer an apology but maybe it wasn't her fault. Should she had someone to help? Our experience for the rest of our stay was excellent in all areas.
