TV didn’t work, countless times told front desk. I was there for work 4 days and room never got cleaned and rooms dirty sjeetrock dist all over the room and floor

This is the first hotel I have stayed in that didn’t have an ice machine. Also had some maintenance issues, both with the bathroom and the laundry. Considering I paid extra for early check in, would expect a nice room. The hotel was having maintenance done while I was there, but they need to invest in an ice machine. At least 5 other guests complained as well whenever I spoke to them in the parking lot.

They denied me service because of a review I had made about the staff being rude. Instead of calling us ahead of time to let us complete the booking process, they decided to let us go check in. However, it was already going to be midnight, and no other hotel in the area allowed us to book after midnight. As a result, my pregnant wife and our 11-month-old baby were sleeping in our car because the refund wasn’t instant, and we didn’t have the funds to stay elsewhere. Mind you, my wife is currently in a high-risk pregnancy.
