Front desk staff concentrating on looking at their cell phones everytime we passed...no greeting or acknowledgement anyone was around. Elevator floor was filthy, with floorcovering peeling up. We were woken up at 11:45 PM with someone pounding on our door.

The fire alarm went off twice while I was there once at 8pm and once at 3am very disturbing. Turned out someone was smoking in there room so the whole complex was disturbed

The pool was closed due to a broken pipe, which I understand, but a courtesy call would have been appreciated seeing as how that’s the whole reason I booked the hotel over a month in advance. No discount for our stay was offered to us either, to accommodate for the lack of amenities. Very disappointing to people looking forward to getting away and swimming in the middle of winter. Had I known, I would’ve cancelled the reservation (which I’m sure is why we didn’t receive a courtesy call). Bad business for sure.
