Absolutely stunning hotel in the heart of Seville. Location is superb whilst the rooms are really nice. Check in was really simple and check out was too. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice each morning and any of the cakes etc left over are available to pick up later to save food waste. The coffee machine was free to use throughout the stay as well. Can’t recommend this enough

Fabulous location. Really close to the cathedral and Real Alcazar. The staff were amazing, in particular the receptionist on the first 2 days was really helpful and had some fantastic suggestions for restaurants and a flamenco bar. We would be very happy to recommend this hotel to anyone

Location, location, location! Hotel staff were helpful before our stay booking a restaurant for my birthday and telling us the nearest bus stop. The room came across as bland and there were not enough hooks or shelves to put our stuff away. The lighting was dim especially in the black painted bathroom. Someone previously mentioned the towels were substandard, I agree, they are frayed and very worn. The room was quiet at night, comfy beds and there was a nice breakfast .... but no seville marmalade available? It would have been nice if the hotel had acknowledged my birthday somehow, most hotels do as I always go away for it. It doesn't take a lot to make someone's day more special. We arrived at 1.30pm and our room was ready but they wanted €20 if we wanted to access our room before 3pm, so, we went and had lunch somewhere for a couple of hours. Bit cheeky! There is only one usb charger in the room, free water is topped up daily in the room which is nice and there is coffee available all day. I would recommend this hotel purely for the great location where everything is very walkable from.
