Arthur! He stood out! I called the hotel to add 1 night and he answered, Very friendly and caring across the lines, I made sure I get to see him. He introduced me to his GM as well. These staff took very good care of my elderly and disabled Aunt when she had to seek shelter because of fire from her home. Every day, fresh apples are washed and individually wrapped free for guests to take! Clean facilities like gym and laundry. Towels were very white and fresh. Crisp linens but pillows are light.
