Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform Relais Vittoria Colonna of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. It is possible to check in from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Any arrival after 7:00 pm and before 11:00 pm is considered late check-in. In this case there is a mandatory surcharge of 20€. Late check-in must always be agreed upon and communicated at least 24 hours before arrival by contacting the property at the number found inside the reservation. Under no circumstances is it possible to check in later than 11:00 pm. The property reserves the right not to guarantee access to the facility beyond this time limit. When booking a nonrefundable rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the reservation matches the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorization from the cardholder must be presented at the time of booking. The credit card used for the reservation must be presented at check-in.
