The room was cleaned. The staff was helpful. Parking was good . It was convenient too restaurants and grocery store. It only complain I have is and it was very noisy after 10 PM. Some things in the room needed repairs but overall it was an OK place to stay.

Walked in to roaches all over the floor and it smelled awful. We left and went to another motel and they wouldn’t give us a refund either.

Room had broken toilet seat and exposed electrical socket that doesnt work. Hot water was never hot and when asked to switch room due to safety concerns was told they couldn't do it until next day due to not having cleaning staff available. However had plenty of empty rooms ready to go. Still didnt change our room. No do not disturb sign which lead to houskeeping banging aggressively on the door at 8 am, no where close to checkout time and we had a 5 day stay and this happened on our first morning there after not checkingin until 12:30 am. Had to hand write a note not to be disturbed.
