Really poor quality accommodation. Bed barely still holing together and squeaking with every movement or turn. Shower had only hot water with cold mixer not functional. Either scalded or unable to have shower. Carpets within entire property look like not been cleaned in years. Wi-Fi was poor strength. Entire place needs updated and cleaned. Location is decent but no point being in good location if basics are not met

Our room was freezing cold, the heater was bearly working, we were giving a small heater that couldn't make the room watmer, we left with cold. The window in the room wont close properly heavy cold wind was entering. Unfortunately here comes Storm Dave room became colder than before. No cleaning or change of sheets. 1 tiny soap was offered fir a room of 6 people. Was given 4 disposable spoons the first day, we went the next day and was told but we gave you some yesterday( hello its meant to be used and disposed). Had to throw bin away ourselves. Wont be going back
