The worst room ever, NO TOWELS, NO TOILET, NO SHOWER. I don’t understand why this property is still allowed to host anyone. This was probably the worst hotel and should not be hosting any guests. No staff after 9 so access to property is via the yard in the back going up a slippery metal staircase in the rain. Instructions to get in were unclear and sketchy. I had to call the mobile phone provided and a lady helped out to get the codes. When I eventually got in, the area stinks and unkept. Then you have to access the room via a locked key box which was a nightmare to open. When you get into the room there’s a very old and shabby bed, insufficient linen and very cheap furniture. Very uncomfortable throughout. When I was looking for an iron to press my shirt there was nothing. Trying to have a bath and the shared bathroom was filthy, wet on the floor dirty inside and no soap provided The toilet had wee on the floor and toilet seat. I would like my money back please as I feel that I was subjected to the worst conditions possible Thank you

the worst hotel i have ever stayed at, the receptionist was banging on my door at 11pm and being very abusive and intimidating for a mistake he made. DO NOT STAY HERE!
