Pleasant 3rd stay here. Dinner was good pub grub but portions were too much for us. Many pubs now offer smaller meals as an option. Superior room was very good with all amenities supplied. It was mid April but the room was incredibly warm and we struggled to sleep. Windows wouldn’t open and wall thermostat was at zero.

Really enjoyed our recent stay here at the Pack Horse Inn. Staff were very accommodating with an excellent evening meal, great drinks selection and a delicious cooked breakfast. The room was well appointed and clean. Perfect for a stay after a long walk in the Peak.

Stayed here in February. Check-in was quiet, staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was number 5 and was beautiful with modern equipment. It nice and warm in our room throughout our stay. No need to go out, just get parked and have your evening meal in the pub/restaurant, I can recommend the fish & chips. If you are looking for accommodation in this area, I would definitely recommend Pack Horse.
