I have stayed in this hotel several times and would always give it 5 stars. This time wasn’t as good. The hotel and room itself were very clean. I think they were short staffed this weekend. We had to ask 3 times for an extra pillow and it seemed that the young gentleman helping us was doing other jobs as well as front desk. The dining room staff were friendly but breakfast offerings ran out and it took 30 min to be replaced. Good coffee!

It seem poor planning to not provide face cloths, so may be the person cleaning did not include them in the room along with the towels. The big bottles of conditioner, shampoo, and body wash - body wash completely empty, conditioner almost empty, empty by time I was done. Again bottles save but give poor reputation.
