Our bed sheets had mold on them, and the elevators barely worked. Took a long time and was really jerky at each floor.

This place is stuck in the 1980's. The room smelled like a cross between a dirty ashtray and a musty basement. They also don't have smart TV's to stream You Tube or Netflix or Prime. I got in late and didnt feel like making an issue about it that night. I decided to move to a hotel closer to where i needed to be the next night, they were previously sold out. HOTEL'S. com wouldn't do anything to cancel my 2nd night except offer me $50 in there bonus miles or whatever they are. Not using that or there app again, buyer beware USE the hotels website and deal directly with them. I've found these 3rd party apps take the money and run, no help at all if there is an issue.
