Staff was rude to me because I had a service animal and came in my room without knocking and accused me of leaving my dog alone when I was in the shower which is confusing , I was charged 100$ fee for dog poop and I know for a fact that was completely made up , I have ocd and ptsd and I checked the room and even cleaned up most of it myself, no dog poop but I was charged 100$ , they threatened to kick me out for having my service animal , the room was dirty when I first arrived but I let that go, horrible experience and I have stayed in frank hotels many times and never had a single issue until this. When I called about the 100$ fee that was given to me for no reason they said the manager isn’t there but she never leaves and were rude to me again.

Everything about our stay here was excellent. Standouts include an extremely comfortable mattress, a welcome basket for my dog (such a great idea!) and a super helpful staff. Will always be my first choice in the future!
