I arrived and there is no one here to check me in. A note on the glass said they'd be back at 11 due to an emergency. I've been here hours after that. A person answered the phone number after repeated calls and said someone would be on their way. That was a half hour ago and I'm finally having to leave to go find somewhere to sleep. Worst experience

We didn't have any hot water it was 37* they couldn't do anything for me. I had 2 kids with me and couldn't leave.
