After a full day of traveling and physically exhausted, we arrived at the hotel around 9pm to check in and was surprised to learn they were overbooked and my room wasn't available (booked 3 weeks ago) and was directed to their sister property "Buffalo Airport Hotel" located around the block next to a Wingnutz and Speedway gas station. This hotel appeared much more outdated and the lobby smelled of food coming from the restaurant. The room offered was also outdated and dark due to the lack of adequate lighting. Housekeeping could have done a better job prepping the room, there was hair on the bathroom floor and a long string of hair about a foot long left in the tub.

The staff were not very helpful. The front desk person didn't let us know that we had to put a parking pass in our car when he gave us our keys. We found out about the parking pass after we got to our room. So we had to go out to our car again! He was also not helpful when we told him the wifi was not working. The waffle maker was not functioning properly. The insides of the waffles were not cooked through.
