The Astron Garden Special is located only 50m from Av Rebouças, very close to Al. Franca, right in front of the hospital complex Hospital das Clínicas / Incor and to the Centro de Convenções Rebouças. It is set only four blocks from Av. Paulista, withing easy and quick access to downtown. it offers many services and facilities to make your stay, whether for business or leisure reasons, as plesant as possible, like room service, parking lot, breakfast, laundry, bar and restaurant, exercise room, internet access, swimming pool and sauna. For your events, the Astron Garden Special has a meeting room, all equipped, that accommodate up to 40 people.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. We have been staying at the Astron Garden Special for around 20 years. In this recent stay we found that while the staff continues to be great and very helpful, there were things broken in the two rooms we had (window handles, soap dishes, furniture, etc). While at one point in time this was a boutique hotel, it is now past its prime and in need of a major upgrade. One person in our party now uses a wheelchair to get around and the rooms are not wheelchair friendly in that there is a step between the entryway and the rest of the apartment, and the space in the bathroom is very limited. Another item of concern is that there is a small kitchen but no smoke detectors in the kitchen or in the apartment. The phones no longer dial out because “all guests have cellphones” but we could not dial some numbers from our US cellphone while roaming, so this was a major drawback as we need to contact the airline to change our flights.
