When I presented my reservation to check in, they checked us into a smaller less expensive room without telling us. When we realized it after taking all our bags to the room, I went to the front desk and they told me they were sold out of my reserved larger room. I reserved it two months prior to check in. I asked for a refund and they said the smaller room was the same cost. I told them we were not happy and felt we deserved a refund. They said I had to contact Hotels.com since I booked it through them. Hotels.com gave me their same responce after they contacted Hilton. We are being ripped off by one of them or maybe both? We have an open case number with Hotels.com for this but their AI system doesn't understand and cannot answer us?
