First the front deak and cleaning crew are fabulous. Jason, the manager must have had some upset with us because we could never have our room cleaned and upon our arrival that room had not been cleaned properly. There were bottles and trash under each bed. Our 2nd room, yes 2nd because Jason said that we could not rent a room for longer than 2 weeks, so I used my name and my kids names to get around that. After week 3, he reminds me that he doesnt have to rent to me. He says this after he assigns a specific room for us with a stove that didn't work for 5 out of our 7 days there, and the tub faucet kept getting stuck in the on position. My family has been experiencing homelessness, so we needed to be there.
