The Eurostar Torre Sevilla hotel is by no means a 5 star hotel. The service is poor, the staff has very bad attitude. There is no luggage service, no valet parking, the room is smelly, AC and room phone didn’t work, and the restaurant serves precooked, heated food that’s served cold in the core. This is a terrible terrible place.
