First off, the counter staff wasn't in the building for 15mins and then they gave me a room that had been smoked in and I specifically requested non smoking. Then they transferred me into another room and the sealant around the toilet was leaking non stop we had to put 6 towels around it and the front door had a drift I will never come back there.

The mattress was thin, worn out and uncomfortable, shower didn’t have hot water, showers were fast as the water was leaning more toward cold than warm. NEVER coming back
