Fantastic atmosphere and quality at dinner. A little more standard at breakfast. Poor English skills from the receptionist. She didn’t really understand that we had a problem in our room.(Our neighbor keep smoking in his bathroom, so our bathroom was also stinking of cigarettes) The pool area is very clean and nice to visit, but the traffic around is a little noisy.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Room (superior) was a really good size. A second day chair would be good! Bathroom clean and a good size. Bed comfy. There are sitting rooms, we used one each night and had it all to ourselves. Breakfast simple but everything you would expect for a continental breakfast. Some cut fruit or berries would have been good. However coffee was fab! Garden lovely though there is traffic noise. The view is spectacular! The pool looked really clean and had a good range of loungers. Reception staff were really helpful with advice about where to visit and when. We loved this hotel!

For the hotel itself I have not much objection, only what is not my will is what is very close to the road. The breakfast could be a bit more varied. Definitely looking for a room overlooking the Pistoia ... Staff and hotel condition great
