I checked in went to start my shower the water was scorching hot and set my smoke alarm off maintenance man Indian man came to my room I had no shirt or bra on grabbed my towel he came in fixed the alarm went in my bathroom turned my shower to cold and left I turned the water back to my temp got in showered when I turned my shower off to get out he knocked at my door again and was trying to come back in my room made no sense to me nothing else was wrong I was scared I watched him stand in front of my room door after I told him to leave. I called the front desk and they hung up on me after complaining

Smelled like smoke, and in room locks were damaged. Nice amenities, very helpful staff and good otherwise

Hotel was average The floor were my room was located was dirty and needed to be vacuumed The bathroom sink in my room leaked as it dampened the washcloths and towels stored there
