The hotel was closed. One of the neighbor hotels said it was for construction. Nobody bothered notifying me. I had to go find another hotel.

I never got to stay because the motel was closed...chained shut. I want a refund AND an apology for not being notified. The hotel I had to get at the last minute cost twice as much.
