The hotel is a bit rough. It’s fairly clean, but showing a lot of wear. Our room was okay. The ceiling in the shower looked a bit mildewy. We found a washcloth dried up in the shower and one of the pillows smelled as if it hadn’t been changed. We arrived pretty late and were heading out early so I didn’t bother complaining. In the morning, I dropped off my keys. The receptionist asked for our room number and I mentioned the room condition. No apology or anything. Just a smirk and a, “I’ll let them know”. I took that as, nothing will change. I have booked this hotel several times for my husband when he travels for work, but this will be our last stay.

Super nice place but they were not prepared for a baseball team who had to have a reservation and the general bookings so the kids cleaned out the breakfast and we got left with whatever…doesn’t the reservation and front desk staff prepare for a large group reservation?
