The room was in very poor condition. There was rotten food left inside the bedside cabinet drawer, which caused a very strong and unpleasant smell throughout the entire room. I left the drawer open specifically so housekeeping would notice and clean it. Unfortunately, the housekeeper only closed the drawer and did not remove the food or clean the area at all. The room was messy overall and clearly not properly prepared for a guest. On top of that, the shower did not work. I was only able to stay clean because I could shower at my workplace—otherwise, staying in this hotel would have meant no shower at all during my stay, which is completely unacceptable. This experience was extremely disappointing and far below basic hospitality and hygiene standards. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your cleaning and maintenance procedures so future guests do not go through the same experience.

The room was fine, just the shower wasn’t working and I have videos to prove it. The main problem was I messaged the hotel and got no reply and no one was there to help.

The staff are exceptional, the service, food, rooms and entire establishment - absolutely top class.
