No shops immediately nearby, but close enough. Heat and AC worked perfectly and powerfully. Bathroom nicely and intelligently appointed with a nightlight. Immediate presentation of room is attractive, soothing and up to date with all kinds of subtle lighting. Some scuff marks on furniture near television. All hotels seem to choose this furniture that is vulnerable to scuffing. Parking in garage very close to entrance with easy system. Took ubers to and from dinner at fabulous Zinc Restaurant on Church St. Front desk person friendly and competent.

Hotel staff not the most friendly nor helpful. Paid almost $100 for parking for 3 nights and stayed over by an hour and had to pay an additional amount since parking is only through check out time. Furthermore the room wasn’t even the most cleanliness, traces of hair throughout the room and bedding. Mold and mildew in the shower, low water pressure, and broken shower door. When brought it to the front desk attention was told they’ll look into it and never heard anything back. Only thing that was good about this hotel was the location but don’t think I would ever stay here again.

The heat didnt work in our room. The guys tried to fix it twice but wasmt working. Luckily it wasnt bery cold outside so without the heat on the room was at 65. Manageable but still annoying since we paid full price and didnt even have heat . Room 308
