The associate was very put off that I booked my stay through Hotels.com. A “third-party payer”. The hallway light shone through the door jam of my room. The room was not dark. It was lite up because of the hallway light coming through the entire door jam, top sides, and bottom. My room was next to a mechanical room and I heard squeaks and grinds all night long. And the pillows were as flat as pancakes no support there was four of them every single one of them were flat.

Our stay was comfortable. It would have been nice to have fresh cut fruit and more of a selection of yogurt at breakfast. Hot options were also very limited. Also the front desk person wasn’t very knowledgeable about local restaurants for dinner.
