The hotel is new and clean, the staff is kind and remembered us from our previous visits months before.

There were multiple issues with the hotel. Some were outside of their control such as the power outage and the hour check in time from down systems after the power came back. There was only hot water on half of the time during my 3 day stay. The room cleaning was very minimal if they came in at all. On a positive note, the hotel has a very nice fitness center and the front desk staff were friendly.
