The room was fine, albeit small. There was no staff. There was no parking facility.

This tiny hotel sits on top of a bustling bar. So there is noise from below, but we had no problem after we bought a three dollar pack of earplugs. And I think the reviews on this hotel are super unfair. It’s actually very roomy, super clean, a great bed, a giant bathroom, and all around very comfortable!

The hotel was very clean, but room was far too small and very noisy. But if you are looking for a decent place at a reasonable cost for the Hamptons area it was good enough for one night and reasonably priced. With a little TLC it could be great. It was close to ocean beaches and restaurants, very comfortable bed, wet bar was a nice feature. But unsure if I would do it again.
