This is a wonderful sought after location in Victoria. You will love it here. Repeat guests every year! Cute and cozy cottage style suite in a house only a 5 minute walk to beautiful sandy Cordova Bay beach, shops, golf, parks, trails, hikes, cafes, restaurants. Beautiful vacation style area in a residential neighbourhood yet only 15-20min drive to downtown. Bus service available nearby as well. This is a suite in a lovely higher end home in very safe neighbourhood and relaxing location

Not sure if this is the ideal property for seniors. We just tried a new location in Victoria. Definitely need to have a car to enjoy the area. The beach was absolutely beautiful and after having a few glitches fixed, the accommodations was pretty good as well.

Beautiful location. Incredibly convenient for Victoria and surrounding area. I’m certain we will return next year.

The suite was clean and roomy, despite the sounds of painters and footsteps through the walls at times. We’ve stayed in various Cordova Bay rentals before, but this was the first time we were asked to do laundry(towels) before we left.
